THE
MOVEMENT

UNITE. LEAD. THRIVE.

This campaign is a call to action—a movement to build a stronger, united sisterhood that leads with heart and drives lasting impact. It’s about moving forward together as Zeta and Amicae, honoring our legacy while preparing the next generation of leaders.

We will UNITE around shared goals and purpose.
We will LEAD by developing strong, prepared leaders at every level.
We will THRIVE by expanding our scholarship reach, tracking real impact, and using data to guide our progress.

Shaped by my life, my career in higher education and human resources, and my unwavering love for Zeta, I lead with people and purpose at the center. Leadership is not about titles — it’s about empowering others to grow, serve, and thrive.

As your next North Carolina State Director, I will lead with clarity, integrity, and a deep commitment to unity, authentic leadership, and results.

THE
VISION

UNITE. LEAD. THRIVE.

A Statewide Vision Rooted in People, Purpose, and Progress.
01. UNITE: One Sisterhood. One Direction.

The UNITE pillar is all about bringing us together. It means building a strong statewide team where every board member, chapter, coordinator, auxiliary, and member feels connected, valued, and working toward the same goals. When we move as one, we grow stronger.

We’ll encourage teamwork over competition, improve how we manage our business, and make sure everyone has the tools and support they need to succeed. That includes making our finances more consistent and clear, using technology to stay organized, and helping members handle conflict in healthy, respectful ways.

We’ll also grow our reach by building strong partnerships and bringing in more support for our scholarships and programs. When we unite around a shared vision and clear direction, we all rise—together.

02. LEAD: Building Strong Leaders at Every Level.

The LEAD pillar is about helping our members grow into strong, confident leaders, whether they’re new to a role or seasoned in service. Leadership isn’t just about holding a title; it’s about learning, growing, and making a difference.

We will elevate training beyond checkboxes—providing purposeful, hands-on leadership development and practical tools that not only help you thrive in your roles, but also empower growth that’s sustainable for Zetas, Amicae and Youth, and in life beyond the organization. By creating tools and guidance for officers and members, we’ll make leadership transitions and member experiences smoother and strengthen our chapters from the inside out.

Succession planning will be a key part of this work. We’ll prepare the next generation of leaders early by giving them the skills and confidence they need to lead with purpose and serve with excellence.

With the LEAD pillar, we’re making sure our members are not just ready to lead today, but ready to lead tomorrow, and for years to come.

03. THRIVE: Show the Work. See the Results.

The THRIVE pillar is about making sure what we do makes a real difference—and that we can prove it. We’ll set clear goals, track progress, and use facts and feedback to grow stronger.

We’ll build a statewide strategic planning team to help us stay focused, follow through on our goals, and show results. We’ll check in often to see what’s working and where we can do better, so we’re always improving. We’ll check in often to see what’s working and where we can do better, so we’re always improving.

We’ll use data not just to collect numbers, but to truly understand our members—ensuring we support their needs and grow with purpose. Our scholarship efforts will be elevated to reflect the strength, heart, and service-driven legacy of North Carolina Zetas and Amicae—impactful, intentional, and rooted in our founding principle of scholarship.

When we plan with purpose, take time to reflect, and focus on real results so that we don’t just survive, we thrive.

THE
STRATEGY

A Blueprint for IMPACT

Real change begins with a vision turning into action with a clear plan and a united team. Sisterhood in Action: UNITE. LEAD. THRIVE. isn’t just a slogan—it’s a commitment to sustainable growth, bold leadership, and meaningful service.

With a clear blueprint for impact, we will elevate North Carolina by aligning our efforts around what truly matters:

  • People at the center
  • Purpose that inspires
  • Progress we can measure

Together, we will meet community needs by harnessing the strengths of our chapters, forging strong partnerships, and making smart, data-informed decisions that move us forward—stronger, united, and thriving.

We are a powerful network of women, both Zetas and Amicae, rooted in scholarship, service, and sisterhood. We are history makers, builders of legacy, and leaders of change.

We are strong, yet fragmented. Our chapters and auxiliaries are doing great work, but greater alignment, clearer communication, and unified goals are needed to maximize our statewide impact. We will improve executive board operations, strengthen committee effectiveness, and enhance collaboration across chapters and auxiliaries. Together, we’ll boost coordination and more effectively support scholarships, fundraising, and strategic programming—building a foundation for lasting success across North Carolina.

We envision a united, thriving, and visionary state where every member is connected, supported, and equipped to lead; where programs are impactful and measurable; where scholarships and service reflect the size, strength, and heart of North Carolina; and where strong partnerships invest in our mission and help deepen and extend our reach and impact across the state.

We will see stronger engagement across chapters and auxiliaries, increased leadership readiness, expanded scholarship funding, and measurable progress toward strategic goals. Communication will be clear and consistent, partnerships will be active and invested, and members will feel the impact and see the results of a united, thriving state organization.

Through a simple, focused strategy:
Sisterhood in Action—UNITE. LEAD. THRIVE.
